Even if you don’t currently have COVID-19 symptoms, there are steps you can take in your daily life to help flatten the curve.


Good hygiene habits

Wash your hands for 20 seconds, cough into your elbow, and avoid touching
your face


Social distancing

Stay home as much as you can, and stay more than 6 feet apart from people who aren’t in your household


Wear non-medical masks

Cover your face with a reusable mask, scarf, or other covering—but don’t touch it while wearing it and wash it after use


Keep an eye on symptoms
